Order Process
If you’re feeling confused about how to start your IGNOU project, don’t worry — you’re not alone, and we’re here to help.
At IGNOUProjectGuide.com, our goal is to make your entire project journey smooth, stress-free, and 100% as per IGNOU’s guidelines. Whether you’re doing a Master’s, Bachelor’s, Diploma, or Certificate course, we handle it all with care and precision.
Let us walk you through how it all works 👇
✅ Step 1: First, You Reach Out to Us
All it takes is a message or a call!
You can contact us through:
• Our website’s Contact Form
• WhatsApp
• Or just give us a quick call
Once we connect, we’ll ask you a few simple things:
• What is your IGNOU course? (like MBA, MAPC, MARD, MLIS, etc.)
• Do you already have a project topic in mind? If not, no problem — we’ll suggest some good options that are easy to get approved.
• What’s your last date for submission? We always work around your timeline.
✅ Step 2: We Collect Your Details
After the topic is finalized, we’ll ask you for a few more details to begin work on your project files. We’ll need:
• Your full name
• Enrollment number
• Course code
• Study Centre & Regional Centre information
• Location
• Guide/Supervisor’s name (if you have one)
These details are important so we can correctly fill in the cover page, declaration, and approval pages as per IGNOU’s format.
✅ Step 3: We Start with the Synopsis (Project Proposal)
Almost every IGNOU project begins with a synopsis (also called a project proposal). This is usually 15–20 pages and contains:
• The title of your project
• An introduction to the topic
• The objectives you want to achieve
• The research methodology (how you plan to collect data)
• Sampling techniques, tools used, limitations, and references
We will prepare the complete synopsis for you and send it in soft copy (MS Word or PDF). You can then print it out and move on to the next step.
✅ Step 4: Guide Approval and Submission of Synopsis
Before submitting your synopsis to IGNOU, you’ll need to get it:
• Reviewed and signed by your project guide or supervisor
• Also, attach your guide’s biodata (especially if your guide is from outside IGNOU)
Now, you’ll submit this signed proposal to your Regional Centre — either by hand, courier, or post. Once the Regional Centre approves your synopsis, you’re good to go for the final report!
🧑🏫 A Quick Note on Getting a Guide
This is something many students struggle with.
You must have a project guide to get your synopsis and final report approved. Usually, you can find a guide through your Study Centre or Regional Centre. We always recommend that you first try reaching out to them.
But in some cases, we know it’s hard — especially when guides are unavailable, unresponsive, or your deadline is near.
👉 In such cases, you can appoint an external guide. The eligibility for external guides is mentioned in the project manual of your course (and we’ll guide you through it).
✅ Yes — we can also help you get a qualified external guide, if needed. Just keep in mind that this will involve an additional cost.
✅ Step 5: We Prepare the Final Project Report
Once your synopsis is approved, we move on to the final project report — the main document that you will submit to IGNOU.
This is usually around 80–100 pages, and we prepare it based on:
• The topic that was approved
• IGNOU’s format and structure
• Your course objectives and project requirements
We ensure everything is original, well-researched, and neatly structured. Once completed, we’ll send it to you in editable format (Word/PDF) so you can check and print it easily.
You’ll need to show it to your guide again for a final review and signature.
✅ Step 6: Submission to IGNOU Headquarters
Once your guide signs the final report, you’re ready for submission!
You’ll need to:
• Print and hard-bind your final report
• Send it to IGNOU headquarters in Maidan Garhi, New Delhi, either by hand or via post/courier
⏳ Step 7: Wait for Evaluation and Grade Update
After submission, your project will be evaluated by IGNOU’s evaluation team. This may take a few weeks, so don’t panic if you don’t see immediate updates.
🔍 Keep checking your IGNOU grade card on the official website regularly. Once your marks are updated, they’ll reflect in your grade card section.
If you’ve submitted everything properly, the marks will be updated — just give it some time.
